Refund Policy
1. Unity Assets
- Refund Window: Refunds for Unity assets are available within 14 days of purchase
and are subject to terms of purchase platform, terms below refer to assets purchased directly from
Pink Sakura Studios.
- Eligibility:
- Refunds will be granted if the asset has not been downloaded or imported into a project.
- If the asset has been downloaded, refunds may still be considered in cases of:
- Technical Issues: The asset does not function as advertised, and
our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
- Unmet Expectations: If the asset does not meet your needs, please
contact us with an explanation. We review such requests on a case-by-case basis.
2. Games
- Platform-Specific Refunds: Refunds for games purchased on platforms (e.g. Steam or
itch.io) are subject to the refund policies of those platforms.
- Direct Purchases: If you purchased directly from Pink Sakura Studios and are
experiencing issues, please contact us. Refunds will be granted for:
- Technical Issues: If we cannot resolve a game-breaking bug that prevents
you from playing.
- Unintentional Purchases: Contact us within 48 hours of the purchase for
assistance.
3. How to Request a Refund
Send your refund request to support@pinksakurastudios.com with the following
details:
- Your order ID or proof of purchase.
- The name of the product you wish to refund.
- A brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.
4. Processing Refunds
- Refunds are processed through the original payment platform. Please allow up to 10 business days for
the funds to be reflected in your account.
- Refund requests may require additional verification to prevent abuse.
5. Abuse of Refund Policy
We reserve the right to deny refunds if the policy is abused, such as repeated requests without valid
reasons.
